About Stella Mia
2007 was the year, I moved to the United States, one of the toughest decisions I ever had to make. With many struggles along the way, including the language barrier, my dreams and hopes remained strong. In my heart, I was determined to do everything in my power to become a better me. Not only for myself, but for the family I was leaving behind. That promise would forevermore guide my life every step of the way.
I began working at an Italian restaurant as a cook and then in time, became a waitress. I soon noticed that serving had become second nature to me. I fell in love with the customers as I was promoted to a manager.
Today I feel grateful to my parents who instilled in me at an early age the value of work. I’m also thankful to those who shared their knowledge and created the opportunity to help me grow.
After many countless sacrifices guided by strict discipline and the desire to make my family back in my country proud, now, Stella Mia opens. Providing the same cozy atmosphere I worked so hard as a manager to create, our service is a fundamental pillar for the operation of our business…
